Celtouch is a business consulting firm, merchant aggregator, payment facilitator, local operations manager and independent sales organisation that recruits and provides companies interested in working, expanding and establishing themselves in emerging markets with the help and support needed. Formerly a Mobile VAS services company, the company has grown and developed more than 10 years of experience in the heavy industry, marine, defence, banking, hydrocarbon and telecommunication industries. We work in Benin, Guinea Conakry, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, DR Congo, Ghana, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Senegal and Togo.

Celtouch is an independent sales and services organization (ISO) with offices in the United States, Nigeria, Conakry, Senegal, Benin and Cote d’Ivoire. We represent foreign companies who wish to enter the African markets where we are present in. Additionally, we also create, design & produce products and manage operations, processes and projects on their behalf.

We are a USA based company that originally provided local value added services to mobile network operators in West Africa, but grew from there throughout the late 2019s onwards into a credible specialist service provider far beyond our original scope.

Our core business is to provide niche services including multinational business transaction escrow services, developmental venture funding origination, administering community based investment groups and the establishment of new services, products and operations for our clients.

We also recruit high quality international online merchants to migrate to Africa and fully localise parts of their operation where they may benefit from local conditions, regulations and incentives. Our services here include the local company registration, local Tax ID registration, provision of physical offices, opening bank accounts, establish online payment acquiring, appoint accountants and auditors, hire local employees, oversee tax and regulatory compliance and provide day to day management and operations.

We are partnered with UBA Group and Ecobank respectively and are a Payfac for both Visa and Mastercard.
